THE END
A splendid unreleased track from the End who were gathering material for their first LP in 1968/9, when their end really did arrive. Acetate, doubtful if more than half a dozen were ever pressed.
I could be wrong about an LP release.
Addendum: An LP was released 1969. This track did not appear on it.
Info: 690403A 3rd April, 1969: THE END. Probably London, Olympic Sound Studios. Producer: BW.

I rather like the harmonies on this one, Hen.
ReplyDeleteThank you Miss Wordsworth. I am inclined to agree.
ReplyDeleteI've heard this before somewhere -could it be on 10th Planets final release in the Trilogy of End material?
ReplyDeleteI didn't keep the 3rd volume as most of it was actually Tucky Buzzard material and fairly uninteresting to these ears.
sorry -me again

The End "The Last words"
"Second Glance" is on that LP but clocks in over 4½ minutes, with freak out ending.
According to the sleeve notes the track was recorded by Miguel Rios as "Despierta".
Oh and the LP is a lot better than I remembered!
Keep up the great work
Much appreciated Golgotha,
